We can proudly say that we’ve never had a coaching client fail to increase to increase their business by at least 20% in the first year of following the program as long as they participate and do the work that we suggest. This program is not a magic pill… it is a roadmap for success, and it requires the advisor to be coachable and to also do the work we suggest.
Our average advisors were able to increase their business by 34% in the first 16 months of following the program. While in the program, a number of advisors doubled and even tripled their business, it is largely up to the advisor how much progress and income they want to make.
We understand your career in real estate can be quite hectic at times, which makes it challenging to tune in to each and every coaching session.
When you can’t make it to one of the coaching sessions, because you’re too busy selling real estate, or for any reason for that matter, we record every session for you to watch or listen to at a more convenient time.
Watching these recordings not only helps you to not fall behind, but also enables you to really study the materials afterwards. You can watch the coaching sessions as often as you want, and they are available to you 24 hours a day.
We understand that deals in real estate often don’t happen overnight and that you may have some things in the pipeline on which you have been working prior to entering the program.
Therefore, you are free to exclude any deals that you have already been working on from the contract for up to 60 days after signing up.
Although you will receive all the benefits of the program right away when you sign up, the two year contract starts when you make your first transaction that is included in the contract.
Based on our prior success, we have created an incredible program that provides tremendous value for agents at all levels, whether you are a rookie, a low-, mid- or high-producing advisor.
You pay a coaching fee of 5% out of your closings and you never pay any upfront costs or monthly fees.
We made sure to install an annual cap of $18,000 and no minimum to make sure every agent pays a fair price for the coaching program.
Yes. While ideally you would start together with the rest of your group, we understand that not everyone is quite ready for coaching at the starting date.
Because all materials (including recordings of the coaching sessions) are provided through the website, you are able to catch up with the current group or we can save your spot for the next group.
